Title: Siebel CRM Lead
Location – Cleveland, OH – Hybrid
Type : Contract

Role Summary:

CRM Tech Leads  
Hands on engineering lead with CRM skills who will partner with product managers, to build CRM platforms help scale the CRM stack to support retail bank
1. Own end to end tech strategy and implement CRM capabilities (Customer onboarding, journey, sales automation, campaign and support work flow)
2. Lead team of developers to design build and deploy scalable solutions
3. Translate product goals and customer needs to scalable high-performance architecture and code
4. Collaborate with product owners and squad members
5. Hands on engineering leadership - write code , conduct code review and remove blockers
6. Drive integrating with core banking and data lakes and marketing platforms
7. Ensure platforms security and performance and compliance
8. Partner with enterprise architecture, data governance, security and Devops teams
9. Mention engineers in design patterns test automation and coding practices

Must Have :
• Strong Siebel CRM development and architecture experience
• Experience integrating CRM with enterprise systems
• Hands-on leadership managing CRM engineering teams
