Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Oversee the administration and configuration of Salesforce, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features, providing recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and best practices.
Act as a point of contact for technical issues, providing timely resolutions and support to team members.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, including user management, security settings, and data management.
Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing projects in a fast paced environment.
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Developer).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools within Salesforce.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 10 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and technical team leadership.
Proven track record of successful project delivery and team management.
Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to Salesforce functionalities.
