Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Oversee the administration and configuration of Salesforce, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features, providing recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Act as a point of contact for technical issues, providing timely resolutions and support to team members.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, including user management, security settings, and data management.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Developer).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools within Salesforce.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7 10 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and technical team leadership.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and team management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to Salesforce functionalities.
