Title: SAP HCM Time Management Consultant

Location – Remote

Type : Contract

We are looking for an SAP HCM Time Management Consultant to support SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll environments.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of SAP HCM Time Management implementation and production support experience
• Strong knowledge of Time Evaluation, time schemas, PCRs, Infotypes, work schedules, shifts, overtime, holidays, leave accruals, and quotas
• Experience supporting SAP Fiori-based Time solutions
• Experience integrating SAP Time Management with Employee Central Payroll
• Ability to troubleshoot time-related issues such as missing/duplicate punches, leave posting issues, time-data transfer, and replication errors
• Experience with testing, regression testing, data reconciliation, payroll-impact analysis, and production support tickets
• Strong functional/business process knowledge and ability to translate requirements into SAP configurations
• Excellent communication skills; able to work independently with HR, Payroll, IT, business users, and vendors

Preferred:

• SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience
• Basic ABAP reading/debugging knowledge
