Title: Technical Project Manager – Transitional Services (TSA Execution)

Location: Remote

Type : Contract

We are hiring experienced Technical Project Managers over management and support services as part of Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) for a large-scale IT divestiture. These roles will operate in a high-visibility, deadline-driven environment where contractual obligations, service continuity, and separation milestones must be delivered with precision.

This is a hands-on execution role.

Role Overview :

• Each TPM will own a portfolio of TSA services (e.g., applications, infrastructure, data, platform services, etc) and will:

• Drive day-to-day service execution

• Manage contractual service obligations and SLAs

• Coordinate engineering, operations, security, and vendors

• Identify risks to service continuity or TSA exit

• Build and manage the plan to exit TSA services cleanly

 

Core Responsibilities (All TSA TPMs)

1. TSA Service Ownership

• Own a defined TSA service portfolio

• Track service performance against contractual obligations

• Manage service requests, incidents, and change coordination

• Escalate risks early and factually

 

2. Execution Planning

• Build and maintain detailed execution plans

• Identify dependencies between retained company and NewCo

• Track milestones and critical path

• Drive adherence to separation timelines

 

3. Stakeholder & Engineering Coordination

• Partner closely with engineering, infrastructure, and application teams

• Drive clarity on scope boundaries and responsibilities

• Ensure no “gray zones” in ownership

• Operate as single-threaded owner for assigned TSA scope

 

4. Risk & Compliance Management

• Maintain RAID log discipline

• Identify contract breach risk proactively

• Coordinate remediation planning

• Provide structured executive-ready updates

Required Experience :

• 6 – 12+ years in Technical Project / Program Management

• Experience in IT separation, divestiture, or TSA delivery strongly preferred

• Proven track record managing in the stated focus areas

• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams

• Ability to manage 20 – 50 concurrent deliverables

• Strong executive communication skills (concise, structured, clear)
