Title: .Net Lead (Banking Domain)
Location -  Kansas City, MO (locals or near by)
Duration: 12+ Months
 
HYBRID MODEL (3 days onsite – 2 days remote)
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10– 12 years of experience in .NET development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
 
Strong experience with:
• .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• C#, Web API, RESTful services
• Microservices architecture
• SQL Server / Oracle
 
Experience working in the banking domain—preferably in areas such as:
• Retail banking
• Payments (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI)
• Cards & loans
• KYC, AML, compliance systems
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services (Azure preferred).
• Hands-on understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of secure coding practices.
• Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities.
