The
Senior Data Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting analytics-driven
operations by monitoring data workflows, generating operational reports, and
ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of performance metrics. This role
serves as a key liaison between analytics, data delivery, operations, and
leadership teams, providing visibility into service levels, processing volumes,
and performance outcomes.
The
ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, operational discipline,
and the ability to clearly communicate insights derived from data.
Key
Responsibilities
- Prepare, validate, and distribute recurring operational
and performance reports, including cycle times, processing volumes, and
SLA metrics.
- Monitor data processing workflows to proactively
identify delays, anomalies, or data quality issues and coordinate
resolution with cross-functional partners.
- Support service level management and performance
tracking initiatives through structured metric analysis and reporting.
- Partner with analytics, data engineering, and
operations teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
across reporting outputs.
- Communicate performance trends, status updates, and
potential risks to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Maintain documentation and standardized reporting
procedures to ensure operational efficiency, repeatability, and audit
readiness.
Required
Qualifications
- Experience in analytics operations, data operations,
customer service analytics, or performance management environments.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to
interpret, validate, and reconcile data outputs.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data findings for
both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed
organizational structures.
