Senior Product Owner, Autoship/Retail/eCommerce
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to manage the Autoship product roadmap and backlog. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background and deep knowledge of recurring commerce technologies. This role involves translating product strategy into actionable JIRA Epics and user stories for development teams, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the Autoship Senior Product Manager to understand business requirements and create detailed JIRA Epics and user stories.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring features align with the overall product strategy and deliver maximum value.
• Act as the subject-matter expert on Autoship and recurring commerce technologies, including customer experience functionalities.
• Work with delivery teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to discussions on dashboards, discounting, and communications strategies to enhance the Autoship offering.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, APIs, and recurring technologies, with specific experience in CommerceTools a plus.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience using Jira for product management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with dashboards and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with discounting and promotional strategies within a retail context.
• Knowledge of customer communication platforms and strategies.
