Title: QA Test Lead – Salesforce Life Sciences Health Cloud

Location – SFO, CA (Onsite)

Type : Contract

Responsibilities:

Life Sciences / Pharma domain experience

Strong QA leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, clinical, or commercial pharma systems is a plus)

 

Core Responsibilities :

• Multi-Team Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for QA across 3-4 agile scrum teams, ensuring consistent testing practices, managing dependencies, and preventing siloed efforts.
• Test Strategy & Master Planning: Design and execute the end-to-end test strategy, encompassing integration, system, regression, and data migration.
• Defect & QA Team Management: Establish clear triage workflows, work closely with development leads, and eventually help guide the upcoming team of individual testers.

 

Required Expertise

• Salesforce Life Sciences / Health Cloud: Proven experience testing industry-specific data models, specialized workflows, and mobile/offline capabilities.
• Integration Testing: Experience validating data flows between Salesforce and external middleware,  or legacy CRMs.
• Automation Focus: Ability to evaluate and implement Salesforce-specific test automation tools to minimize manual regression efforts over time
