Job Title: Lead UI/UX 

Experience: 10+ years (Healthcare domain experience is must & Consultant should have experience in UI-70% and UX-30% Side)a

Position Overview:

Client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic and innovative design team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping intuitive and impactful user experiences for one of our key MedTech clients, while also contributing to Codvo’s broader product portfolio. Your expertise will ensure designs are not only visually compelling but also grounded in user-centred principles and domain knowledge specific to healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User-Centered Design: Lead the conceptualization and execution of user-centered solutions that align user needs with business objectives and technical feasibility. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design strategies.
  • Experience handling International Clients and latest AI Tools
  • Domain Expertise: Apply healthcare and medtech domain knowledge to design solutions that adhere to regulatory requirements, accessibility standards, and clinical workflows.
  • Visual Design: Craft visually cohesive, accessible, and engaging interfaces that reflect client brand guidelines. Produce high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design assets.
  • Interaction Design: Develop intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts. Optimize user journeys across web and mobile platforms.
  • Design Leadership: Mentor junior designers, provide design guidance, and influence design direction across projects. Advocate for responsive SaaS and multi-platform solutions.
  • User Research & Testing: Conduct usability studies, gather user insights, and iterate designs to enhance the user experience. Integrate feedback from end users and stakeholders.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and medtech industry best practices. Promote innovation in design thinking and workflow optimization.
  • Documentation & Communication: Create detailed design documentation, including specifications, flowcharts, and user journey maps. Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design for complex digital products.
  • 12+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally including healthcare or medtech domain experience.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of iOS/Android design principles, responsive SaaS design, and user-centered methodologies.
  • Strong prototyping, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading design teams or mentoring junior designers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
