Role Overview
The Consultant will support the conversion and alignment of application documentation and related artifacts to comply with the new Enterprise Architecture (EA) SDLC standard. This role focuses on collecting, organizing, standardizing, and remediating documentation while supporting cross-functional alignment across development, testing, release, and PMO teams.
Key Responsibilities
Convert and align existing application documentation to meet EA SDLC standards using established conversion checklists.
Collect, organize, standardize, and remediate application artifacts and supporting documentation.
Maintain application owner review documentation and manage document organization within SharePoint.
Track remediation activities, status, and completion progress.
Support the preparation and formatting of content for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and PMO methodology documentation.
Assist with alignment activities across development, testing, and release teams to ensure consistent adoption of SDLC standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify documentation requirements and resolve gaps.
Required Skills & Tools
Experience with Qtest and JIRA for tracking tasks, documentation, and remediation progress.
Strong skills in process planning, business analysis, data analytics, and training support.
Ability to manage and organize large volumes of documentation across multiple applications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes and checklists.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field.
