Job Title: Business Analyst (Cards and Payments) - Onsite

Location: Teaneck, NJ

Duration: 12 Months

Visa: Independent Visa only

 

Job Description:

·       Own the end-to-end functional design of CRM modules such as:

·       Partner & Opportunity Management

·       Corporate Onboarding Journeys

·       Customer 360 & Portfolio Views

·       Validate features through UAT, ensuring high quality and alignment with business needs

·       Define KPIs and success metrics for CRM adoption and usage.

·       Work with business leaders to drive CRM adoption across relationship managers and operations teams.

·       Good to have knowledge of MS Dynamics

·       Preferred Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: KYC, AML, FATCA, local compliance norms.

·       Familiarity with system integrations such as LOS, Core Banking Systems
