Urgent Req: Principal Solutions Engineer ERP Migration Project( PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion ERP) Remote W2 Role on GC or USC

Title:  Principal Solutions Engineer

Project:  ERP Migration Project( PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion ERP)

Role:  You will serve as a senior technical leader and advisor, guiding architecture decisions, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment across upstream and downstream systems. You will also partner closely with internal teams, contingent staff, and an implementation partner to successfully deliver the migration from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion ERP.

Duration:  1 Year-18 Months

Type of Hire:  W2

Work Authorization:  Green Card or Citizen

Location:  During the contract period, the role can be performed remotely from anywhere within the U.S. However, upon conversion to a full-time position with BECU, you must reside and work from one of the following states: Washington (not Washington, DC), Oregon, Idaho, Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, or Arizona. (Need this in writing)

Job Description:  

  • This is a high-impact opportunity to help drive a mission-critical transformation at BECU. You will play a key role in modernizing core financial systems.
  • This role is essential to the program’s success and requires someone who can bring structure, leadership, and foresight to a complex enterprise ERP migration. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading similar transformations and can anticipate challenges across systems, integrations, and data flows.
  • Bring structure and clarity to project execution, including:
    • Work breakdown and sequencing
    • Risk identification and mitigation strategies
    • Governance and decision frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and vendors Mentor and guide engineers and analysts, elevating team capability and delivery maturity.  Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
