Role: Senior Salesforce Product Owner / Salesforce Solutions Architect
Location: USA – Remote
Experience Level: Very Senior (Architect-Level)
OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Product Owner /
Salesforce Solutions Architect who can lead end-to-end solution delivery
from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in Salesforce
Cloud platforms, has exceptional communication skills, and can
independently define business needs. The ideal candidate is a strategic
thinker, a hands-on problem solver, and an expert in translating
business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Ownership & Strategyß
- Own the complete Salesforce
product lifecycle—from discovery to deployment.
- Engage with stakeholders to
understand vague or undefined requirements and convert them into clear,
actionable solutions.
- Define roadmaps, user stories,
acceptance criteria, and release plans.
Salesforce Architecture & Solution Design
- Architect, design, and implement
end-to-end solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud,
Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Provide guidance on best
practices, integration patterns, data modeling, and platform optimization.
- Ensure the platform is scalable,
secure, and aligned with long-term business goals.
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Lead discovery workshops, define
business processes, and identify gaps or opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to gather requirements and design workflow solutions.
- Simplify complex business
problems into easy-to-understand technical solutions.
Execution & Delivery
- Manage the entire project
start-to-finish independently.
- Work with developers, testers,
and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Oversee UAT, deployment, change
management, and user adoption.
Communication & Leadership
- Communicate effectively with
executives, business users, and technical teams.
- Present solutions, prototypes,
and system designs in a clear and confident manner.
- Act as the trusted advisor for
the client and guide them through the full digital transformation journey.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 12 to 15 years of total
experience, with extensive expertise in Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven experience working as a Salesforce
Product Owner, Salesforce Architect, or Senior Business Analyst.
- Strong background in Salesforce
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
- Ability to build solutions
independently from scratch without detailed direction.
- Exceptional communication and
client-facing skills.
- Strong problem-solving,
requirement-gathering, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience leading complex
enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
- Salesforce certifications (PO,
BA, Architect, Admin, or Cloud Consultant) highly preferred.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with integrations,
APIs, middleware, and third-party apps.
- Prior experience working with
clients who are starting new Salesforce initiatives.
- Strong understanding of
Agile/Scrum methodologies.
