Job Title: SAP SD/LE/WM Lead – Data Migration (15+ Years Experience)

Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD/LE/WM Lead with strong functional expertise across Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, and Warehouse Management. The ideal candidate must have deep experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, PTD (Plan-to-Deliver) functional processes, and extensive hands-on exposure to data migration activities. This is a lead-level role responsible for guiding project teams, managing client interactions, and ensuring successful solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities •
Lead SAP SD/LE/WM functional streams across large-scale implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects. • Drive PTD (Plan-to-Deliver) process design, configuration, testing, and deployment. • Own and manage data migration strategy, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, loading, and reconciliation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, FI, QM, PM) to ensure integrated business solutions. • Manage stakeholder communication, workshops, requirement gathering, and design sessions. • Provide leadership to functional consultants and guide development teams with functional specifications. • Ensure alignment with business requirements and deliver high-quality functional documentation. • Lead UAT cycles, cutover planning, hypercare support, and issue resolution. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and propose best practices for SAP SD/LE/WM processes.
Required Skills & Experience •
15+ years of strong SAP functional experience with deep expertise in SAP SD, LE, and WM modules. • Proven experience in PTD (Plan-to-Deliver) functional processes. • Minimum of 3–4 end-to-end SAP implementations in a lead or senior functional role. • Extensive hands-on experience in SAP data migration using tools like LTMC, LSMW, BAPIs, IDOCs, or SAP Migration Cockpit. • Strong knowledge of integration with MM, FI, PP, and other relevant SAP modules. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and provide leadership to cross-functional teams. • Exposure to S/4HANA implementations (preferred).
