SCRUM ROLE

Role: Sr. Scrum Master

Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid) – Monday to Thursday every week

Description:

Strong SAFe experience PI Planning/ART-level coordination
Advanced JIRA expertise reporting/admin/dashboarding
Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Scrum and Agile best practices.
Serving as a servant leader and coach to Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to promote team effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Identifying, managing, and assisting with the resolution of impediments, risks, and dependencies impacting delivery.
Supporting Agile process improvement initiatives, including retrospectives and team performance optimization.
Providing advanced Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) expertise, including Program Increment (PI) Planning and ART-level coordination.
Delivering advanced Jira administration, reporting, dashboarding, workflow management, and governance support.
Designing, implementing, and maintaining Jira automations utilizing native Jira automation tools, JavaScript, and Atlassian Rovo capabilities.
Preparing and maintaining Agile delivery metrics, reports, and stakeholder communications as required.
