Job Description:

The Data Integration Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions and backend data pipelines across enterprise systems and cloud platforms. This role focuses on ETL/ELT development, data modeling, and data movement to support analytics and reporting. The position works independently on moderately complex tasks and supports multiple technologies including SAP and cloud data warehouses.

Job Responsibilities :
•             Minimum of 8–10 years of hands-on experience in data integration, data engineering, or related field
•             Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from multiple source systems into enterprise data platforms.
•             Experience with SAP data platforms including SAP BW and/or SAP BODS
•             Develop and optimize data movement processes using tools such as SAP BODS, Informatica, and cloud-native services.
•             Hands-on experience in data modeling and backend data structures in SAP BW.
•             Strong SQL development skills including queries, scripting, and stored procedures
•             Build and maintain backend data models for reporting and analytics.
•             Support multiple technology stacks including SAP BW and cloud environments such as Amazon Redshift.
•             Perform data transformation, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality and integrity.
•             Monitor, schedule, and troubleshoot batch jobs and data pipelines to ensure reliable system performance.
•             Analyze data integration issues and improve performance and scalability.
•             Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and Generative AI capabilities into data integration, ETL, and data
              management processes to drive automation, efficiency, and business value.
•             Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical data solutions.
•             Provide support for production issues and participate in system enhancements and continuous improvement
              initiatives.

Education :
•             Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

Skills:  
•             Primary Skills: SAP BW,
•             Secondary Skills: SAP BODS, Informatica (or equivalent ETL tools)
•             Amazon Redshift (or similar cloud data warehouse)
