Objectives of the Role:

·        Develop and maintain the strategic vision for the product including working with stakeholders on their vision and priorities. Synthesizes customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps and OKRs.

·        Deliver customer value by analyzing customer needs leveraging design thinking techniques, current market trends, competitive analysis and potential partnerships from an ROI and build versus buy perspective.

·        Articulate the program vision and direction to the Product Owners.

·        Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains. Create, manage, and prioritize program backlog and plan Product Increments (PI).

·        Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Articulate and conduct stakeholder review sessions and provide regular reporting of the progress made and impediments that need attention

Required Skills:

·        Bachelor’s degree in product design, technology or related field

·        Strong experience in a dynamic product management role

·        Ability to maintain ROI and budgeting

·        Ability to coordinate large scale efforts across multiple disparate teams

·        PI Planning Experience

·        Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels

·        Proficient with MS Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Desired Certifications:

·        SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)

Mandatory Skills:
