Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce
Architect with deep expertise in Sales
Cloud and Service Cloud to join our team onsite in Houston,
TX. This is a long-term opportunity where
you'll play a key leadership role in designing and delivering scalable
Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end
architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
- Translate business requirements
into scalable and maintainable Salesforce architecture.
- Provide strategic guidance on
Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and roadmaps.
- Oversee data architecture,
security, integration, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with business
analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop enterprise-level
solution blueprints and lead technical decision-making.
- Define standards and best
practices for Salesforce development and deployment.
- Ensure adherence to compliance,
governance, and platform performance guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement
and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Serve as the go-to expert for
all Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
Required
Qualifications:
- 8+
years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3
years as a Salesforce Architect.
- Proven expertise in Sales
Cloud and Service Cloud architecture and implementation.
- Strong experience with Apex,
Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and
integration frameworks.
- Experience with Salesforce
integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware
(e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party systems.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce
security model, data model, and multi-org
strategy.
- Salesforce Application
Architect and/or System Architect certifications strongly
preferred.
- Excellent communication and
stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the Telecommunications
industry with understanding of telecom business processes,
customer lifecycles, and BSS/OSS integration.
- Experience with Salesforce
CPQ, Field Service Lightning (FSL),
or Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps
tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.
- Knowledge of Agile
methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Exposure to data
migration tools like Data Loader, Informatica, or MDM
solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
