As a Salesforce Developer,  Salesforce delivery pods, building and enhancing solutions for nonprofit customers. The client's portfolio spans two distinct nonprofit data models: longer-tenured organizations on the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and newer organizations on Nonprofit Cloud (NPC). You will work across both, along with the core Salesforce clouds, translating customer needs into clean, scalable solutions. Candidates with nonprofit Salesforce exposure will be given first consideration. That said, strong Salesforce fundamentals translate well, and capable developers without nonprofit experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities ▪ Design, build, and enhance Salesforce solutions across customer orgs running NPSP and Nonprofit Cloud ▪ Develop declarative and programmatic solutions using Salesforce best practices (Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components) ▪ Work across core clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience (Community) Cloud, and Education Cloud ▪ Translate requirements from program managers, business analysts, and technical architects into working solutions ▪ Navigate the differences between the NPSP and NPC data models and migrate or translate functionality between them as needed ▪ Collaborate within a pod structure alongside other developers, admins, and support engineers ▪ Support data integrity, integrations, and ongoing enhancements across a multi-customer environment Prepared by Midwestern InteractiveGloo 360 · Salesforce Developer MIDWESTERN INTERACTIVE  

Qualifications ▪ Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL) ▪ Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and platform limits ▪ Experience with at least one core Salesforce cloud (Sales, Service, Experience, or Education Cloud) ▪ Strong written and spoken English; this role is client-facing and collaboration-heavy ▪ Based in Latin America with working hours overlapping US business hours ▪ Self-directed and comfortable working across multiple customer orgs Nice to have ▪ Hands-on experience with Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) ▪ Experience serving nonprofit, education, or faith-based organizations ▪ Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or cloud-specific consultant certs) ▪ Experience in a consulting, agency, or multi-client delivery environment
