I am looking to engage three senior RPG resources, with a strong preference for candidates who can work from Hartford. I am open to remote candidates if they are exceptionally qualified and demonstrate outstanding work habits and a strong delivery track record. These seasoned RPG professionals should have deep hands on experience and can independently navigate complex legacy environments. These should be individuals who truly know RPG inside and out and genuinely enjoy being developers.
In addition to strong RPG expertise, I am very interested in candidates who:
Are leveraging AI tools to improve development efficiency
Use AI to analyze and understand legacy code more effectively
Continuously look for ways to modernize, optimize, and improve delivery
