SAP MDG ROLE

 

Location – Beaverton OR

( Remote for now)

 

• Work with stakeholders to define features and stories, breaking the work down for the iterations.
• Understand current customer needs, define features, determine success criteria, validate solutions, and evaluate customer satisfaction
• Ensure teams have the full context and understanding of customers and business environment to create valuable solutions
• Provide hands on oversight of SAP-MDG configuration and functional specifications of development objects
• Assess the business impact of different solutions and the trade-offs between customer needs, technology requirements and timelines
• Plan, deliver, analyze and effectively communicate customer adoption, performance, time to market, solution quality and other metrics to stakeholders

Skills

• An understanding of the Agile principles and methodologies and how they’re applied in workplace culture
• Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
• In-depth knowledge of the relation between business process and the Products in the Program
• Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of highly experienced MDG BSA’s
• Plan work across the Finance MDG domain and integrate with other technical workstreams
• Effective collaboration and relationship management
• Good oral and written communication skills at all levels of the organization
• Experience leading cross-functional work
• Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively
• Experience leading the resolution of complex, global issues
• Ability to anticipate partner and stakeholder needs
• Experience in defining, designing and implementing innovative, integrated Master data solutions that are integrated with Enterprise Master Data Solutions
• Able to identify and resolve both process and people related issues
• Experience in de-identification of sensitive data through masking / Scrambling, tokenization and/or other means
• Archiving in an S/4 HANA environment with an MDG HUB

Qualifications

experience in designing and implementing SAP MDG Finance solutions

• Experience with configuration and implementation of SAP MDG systems for the MDG Finance Domains
• Experience and knowledge of SAP Finance master data as it supports business processes
• Experience working with business users on requirements definition
• Experience leading blueprint workshops to define CRUD processes
• Experience integrating upstream enterprise data sources into MDG
• Experience egressing finance data objects into and out of SAP-MDG
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Fashion Management Solution preferred
• Experience coordinating efforts across local and remote teams in differing time zones
