The
PMO Integrated Programs role supports enterprise-wide S/4HANA ERP and
cross-program initiatives by providing integrated planning, governance, risk
management, and reporting. The role ensures alignment across programs,
proactively manages dependencies and risks, and enables informed
decision-making through clear, executive-ready communication.

Core
Responsibilities
Cross-Program
/ Integrated PMO Support
- Build and maintain an integrated timeline across
all programs and projects within the EA & ERP organization
- Develop and govern an integrated RAID dashboard
to manage cross-program risks and dependencies
- Coordinate resolution of cross-program risks and
dependency issues
- Support Project and Program Managers with WBS
creation and maintenance in Jira
- Produce weekly cross-program status dashboards
using Jira and related metrics
- Facilitate cross-program governance meetings, ensuring
readiness of IT and business owners
- Maintain meeting minutes, action logs, and dependency
tracking
S/4HANA
ERP Program Support
- Build and maintain the S/4HANA master timeline,
including milestones, workstreams, owners, and stage gates
- Coordinate S/4HANA workshops and maintain the workshop
schedule
- Build, govern, and maintain the S/4HANA project WBS
in Jira
- Create and manage the S/4HANA-specific RAID log
- Facilitate the S/4HANA program meeting cadence as
defined by program leadership
- Partner with S/4HANA stakeholders to ensure execution
within scope, timeline, and budget
- Maintain program documentation, meeting minutes, and
action logs
- Develop and facilitate recovery plans when needed
- Prepare materials and facilitate S/4HANA stage gates
- Produce and distribute weekly S/4HANA status reports
