Cindy McGill:"RISE UP, It's Time to Take Your Place"
We have come into a time where the army of God is being called into
action. In our preparation time, we have been trained, spiritually
fed, and God has been teaching us about the DNA of His Kingdom. Now it
is time to act on the information we have been entrusted with.

Pray in Faith - BELIEVING

When we pray, we must believe what we pray and believe that those
things we ask for will be answered (see Matthew 21:22). Faith-filled
prayers accomplish much. God looks for faith, is moved by faith, is
pleased by faith, and it is the foundation by which love works. It is
in prayer without being anxious, with supplication (petitioning) and
THANKSGIVING, that our requests are made known to God. Then the peace
that goes beyond our ability to understand will guard our hearts and
minds (see Philippians 4:6).

We are not to be a fearful people, but a people who have faith in the
One who fights the battle for us. We are unafraid to move into action.
GOD IS STILL IN CONTROL. Throughout Scripture, we see how God brought
unrighteous kings to their knees, promoting His own people at critical
times of crisis. He has not changed. God has people in mind to bring
before kings and deliver godly counsel and wisdom at strategic times.

2 Chronicles 16:9 says, "For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro
throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those
whose heart is loyal to Him. In this you have done foolishly;
therefore from now on you shall have wars."

God is looking for a people who will listen to Him, walk in faith, and
act immediately.

Responding in Faith vs. Acting Impulsively

I just returned from South Korea, and while I was there, I had three
prophetic dreams. I also felt that God was getting ready to birth
something in South Korea that would impact the world. Their fervent
prayers and hunger for God are getting the attention of Heaven, and
the Korean people are positioned to act on it and transport it.

In the first dream, God was giving me instruction in outwitting the
devil. God would say to me, "Just do this and he will do that," and in
the dream, as I obeyed the Lord, the devil fell into his own plot and
was defeated. We are seated with God in heavenly places and have the
advantage of His viewpoint. Our orders must come from headquarters to
be effective in warfare. God tells us what to do, when to do it, and
then goes before us to hand us the victory.

In the next dream, I saw people just sitting around on porches and
front steps of buildings. Their cars were blocking a public drive,
preventing others from coming and going. I asked them to move their
cars and then told them, "YOU DON'T HAVE THE TIME AVAILABLE TO YOU
THAT YOU THINK." I knew it was time for action and thinking beyond
ourselves. It is a call to "GET MOVING."

There is a mandate to assemble ourselves together and act. We must not
look at our weaknesses, but look at the strength of God on our behalf.
He can and will do what we cannot.

The third dream had to do with seeing the "BIG PICTURE," as some
friends and I were being hindered from gathering in a lodge at a
resort to watch something on the big screen TV. There is a corporate
vision we are to see. God has something to show us on the "tell-a-
vision" and we must press in to see it. There might be obstacles in
our way, but if we don't give up, we will have the advantage to
corporately see what God wants to show us.

It is time to gather our churches, home groups and friends and seek
the Lord corporately. We must cross denominational lines and seek the
Lord together. God wants to show us something together and His
blessing is always commanded when unity is displayed. It's a BIG
VISION and we will see it together.

Financial Storehouses Belong to God

They always have. The world does not own the money, GOD DOES (see
Haggai 2:8). For the past few years, God has been teaching us how to
prosper so we are wise with what He entrusts to us. If we have been
faithful with little, more is coming - and it can and most likely will
happen overnight. Psalm 37:25 says, "I have been young, and now am
old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his descendants
begging bread."

The Kingdom of God doesn't depend on the financial institutions of
man. If we don't love money, God can and will entrust us with it to
resource the Kingdom work on this earth. Houses and lands can be
opened up to us with no effort on our part. God is strategically
placing His people in places for the days ahead. He is taking care of
us.

A year ago, the Lord told me I was not prepared for disaster. This
didn't alarm me, but I realized that I should begin to collect things
like water, flashlights, blankets, batteries, some food, medical first-
aid kits and things for uncertain days ahead. We can do some things on
our part to help ourselves, families, neighbors and others in the
event of something happening that is out of our control.

In the Coming Days, We Will Become More Stealth

I saw the Body of Christ becoming more like wise serpents and harmless
doves. There will be lots to do "below the radar" - out of the sight
of people - to set the captives free. All throughout the Gospels, we
read story after story where Jesus sternly warned people not to tell
anyone of the miracles He was doing. He knew that fame and attention
would hinder His ministry. There is a time to tell and a time not to
tell.

The strategies from Heaven often take us down paths that seem
unconventional, but if we will look at God and not lean to our own
understanding, He will line our paths up at just the right time, in
front of the right person, with just the right authority to open just
the right door, thus having earth-shaping impact. Stealth positions
and the "nameless, faceless" will become more and more common and will
accomplish much. Religion stiffens, but the Spirit gives life and
freedom.

Self-Control, Love and Meekness

Jesus said the meek would inherit the earth. We know that meekness is
"power under control." Self-control is a major weapon in the coming
days. We must display God's character to carry His power. Mercy
triumphs over judgment. I love the story and heart of the Lord in Luke
9:51-56, when Peter wanted to call down fire from Heaven to destroy
people who didn't receive Jesus. Jesus' response was:

"But He turned and rebuked them, and said, 'You do not know what
manner of spirit you are of. For the Son of Man did not come to
destroy men's lives but to save them.' And they went to another
village."

I recently read a report of an atheist group in London who is raising
money to put ads on British buses stating, "There is most likely no
God, so enjoy your life." This ad was fueled by one of the atheist
groups seeing an ad for a church on the side of the bus.

Could it be that WE DON'T KNOW WHAT SPIRIT WE ARE OF?

The kindness of God is still the most compelling agent we know to
cause a heart to repent. If we don't bear the heart of the Lord, who
was MOVED by compassion and mercy, then we could be operating in an
opposite spirit of Christ. While it is true that a person without
Christ will spend an eternity in the lake of fire, that is not our
approach to helping people encounter a God who SO LOVED THE WORLD.

"Fire insurance" has never been the most effective way to challenge
people regarding their faith. Love is what people search for, not
judgment. On our evangelistic teams, we have found people embracing
truth about God because kindness and love from the Father is
foundational in our hearts.

The Days Ahead are Serious -
But God is With Us

We have assured protection and comfort if we will quiet our hearts,
pray in faith, stay in peace, embrace God's strategies for our lives,
come together in unity and worship, and God will hear and answer us.

It is not a time for division, but putting aside petty differences and
gather together to seek God's face for our country, families, cities
and churches. God's plan will succeed.
