Type 3 Exd Flameproof flammable gas detectors use a poison resistant pellistor within an Xgard enclosure, which also contains the terminals to provide a 3-wire mV Wheatsone Bridge output. Operating temperature -40 to +80C. Can be connected directly to Crowcon Gasmaster and Gasmonitor, an Accessory Enclosure accessory is required for connection to 4-20mA type control systems such as Vortex. The Xgard Type 3 detectors come in a durable aluminium material as standard.

Here you can find an ATEX or UL approved Gas Leak Detector for flammable gases (ex), oxygen and toxic gases for fixed mounting. These Gas Leak Detectors vary by the type of gases they measure, functionality (e.g. analogue output, relay output) or the type of indicator - there are sensors with a built-in screen (as an indicator) or without. You can choose a Gas Leak Detector for almost any type of gas: methane, propane, butane, pentane, LPG, ethanol, ethylene, nitrogen, acetylene, benzene (lead), phosphine, oxygen, ozone, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, chlorine, ammonia (sensors for other types of gases can be requested). A Gas Leak Detector without a display (Xgard) are used in combination with an external indicator or a facility to detect gases, e.g. with the Gasmaster. Gas Leak Detectors that operate without internal alarm relay can be used in conjunction with the GasFlag distributor.
