Indian HR Network is organizing Pool Campus drive for Tech Mahindra in
Patel Group, Indore for 2009/2010 Batch on 5′th March for BE /
B.Tech / MCA graduates of 2009 & 2010.

Eligibility Criterion
Candidates should have graduated in the year 2009 or 2010 with a
consistent academic performance of 60% & above, SSC onwards till end
of graduation/Post-graduation.
Only 1 year gap is allowed in between courses.

Compensation
Selected Candidates will be offered salary of Rs.2.9L pa. They will
be put through initial training of 3 months and will be confirmed only
after successful completion of the training. They will be required to
sign a bond of Rs. 1 Lakh for 2 years on joining.


Please note that we will not be considering any other discipline or
pass outs from any other batch apart from the ones mentioned above.

Selection Process:
Aptitude tests / Tech Interview / HR Interview
Candidates will be called to join from a merit list which will be
prepared based on Academic, Aptitude Test & Interview performance of
candidates. Communication to this effect will be sent to candidates by
e-mail directly.
Candidates need to carry following documents (Original + 1 Xerox
copy) at the time of Test / interview.

A. Hard copy of Resume.
B. Mark sheets and Certificates of 10th and 12th. (Original + 1 Xerox
copy)
C. Mark Sheets (All Semester) and Degree certificates of Graduation
and Post Graduation. (Original + 1 Xerox copy)
D. Passport or Receipt of Passport application.
E. 3 Photographs.

All the registered Student Members from across India are invited to
participate in the drive.
Students those who have participated in Tech Mahindra Drive in last
three months are not allowed to appear.

Hall Ticket registration closes on 4th March by 8:00 PM
Students are requested to take a printout of the Student Registration
email received at his/her personal email.

Dear Students Neither Indian HR Network charges any fees for
Participation in Campus Drives being organized for the companies
supporting “The Bridge initiative” Nor any of the Companies is charged
for participation in these campus drives.
Student membership is one of the membership’s of Indian HR Network
where we do various activities across India in form of Workshops &
Seminars, where all the student members can participate in them free
of cost.
All the student members eligible for a drive will receive the Hall
Tickets to drives automatically on their email id’s.
Student who has once received an offer Letter from a Drive organized
by Indian HR Network will not be allowed to participate in other
campus drives so that other students can get equal opportunity to
participate in the drives.
