Dear Students,
Greetings from SRM TRP Engineering College,
Graduands intending to receive the degrees on the Graduation Day are requested tomake note of the following details
Registration date : 22.08.2018 (Wednesday)
Date of Graduation day : 26.08.2018. (Sunday - 9.00 A.M – 12.00 P.M)
Reporting time : 26.08.2018 at 8.00 A.M
The Registration form and Alumni form are attached along with this mail. Graduands are asked to fill and submit the forms with two photographs in person.
For the kind attention of Invitees
· Registration starts at 8.00 A.M.
· Graduands are asked to be in their seats by 8.30 A.M. for rehearsal.
· Graduands are instructed to come with formal dress and shoes. Without proper dress code graduands may not be permitted inside the venue.
· Children are not permitted.
· Food and beverages are not allowed inside the Auditorium.
· Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the Auditorium.
· All are expected to remain standing when the Academic procession enters or leaves the auditorium.
· Graduands are instructed not to take photographs and clap hands during the function. All the photographs will be uploaded in college website. Graduands shall download the same.
· Graduands are not allowed to go out once the program starts.
· Maintain silence during the whole ceremony.
· Graduandsshall avail the graduation robe (coat) facility by payingRental amount of Rs.230 (Rs.200 of this amount will be refunded after returning the coat)
