I think we're good with our Jekyll site for now :)  You're welcome to fork it and contribute though!  Its up on github :)  We could definitely use some designer-love.

Yea I am no use to you with Ruby...sorry. It is just the current site is not very iphone ipad friendly.

Hey James - Good news, its not in ruby :)  Its just a single page html/css based on twitter's bootstrap library.  Would love to have someone take a crack at adding the media queries etc.  Just haven't had the time.

Interesting...although I like the challenge...by the time I even look at it I could have you an ass kicking wordpress site doing all kinds of crazy things.  I have designed and help maintain about 56 wordpress sites and have 2 wordpress employees that live on the same street.  If you want me to do this...you could also provide a MU site for each coworker with the touch of a button.  That might be worth adding to your membership...

Hey James - You could ask Jack McDade, I think he does a bunch of Wordpress stuff :)  There's also PacketTide.

Thank you.  I am looking more for a guy who can come in an knock out some concept work for me.
It will be probably 10-20 hours of work making a plugin or a widget per se. 

PS I dont know a Jack McDade?  Do you have an email?
