Hi Folks -

Let's have this be the first "official" posting in the group.
Welcome!

This group was put together to garner interest in a new not-for-profit
coworking/micro-incubator space here in Troy, NY. If you're not
currently involved with the startup scene in Troy you'll be happy to
know its quite vibrant. Between the abundance of talent at RPI, the
growing number of downtown professionals, and the number of software
development companies in the area the opportunities are endless.

Specifically, this space is focused on attracting people involved in
creating things online. It's a place for you to work your day job,
but also a place for you to meet like minded individuals to develop
new online properties. You'll have access to designers, developers,
writers, artists and other professionals who can help you jump start
your idea and "ship it!"

The space will include:
* Dedicated Desk
* Kitchen
* Conference Rooms (projectors, whiteboards, etc.)
* Quiet Rooms (For phone calls, etc.)
* One or two large area workspaces (desks on wheels y'all)
* Shared office equipment
* Fast internet
* Access to expertise
* Coffee
* Library

We're estimating monthly full time costs to be around $200. We'll
likely offer a day rate ($10-$20), a nights and weekend rate, and a
punch card.

Currently we have several corporate sponsors, seed capital, and
several locations identified. What we need is to fill a limited
number of openings (20-30) with talented folks like you!
