Now that Trowl 0.5.1 is out, I'm doing some tweaking with
TwitterDisplay. This is a rough version that I'm going to keep adding
to and (hopefully) improving. This version has:
* Redesigned look
* @username hyperlinking
* hashtag hyperlinking
* Does not close if you mouse over the display
This is a pretty early version, so if you find any bugs let me know.

Major update to TwitterDisplay 1.1 today! In addition to the features
mentioned above, I've added:
* New DM/Retweet/Reply buttons / icons
* Twitpic/yfrog support : the first three image links from twitpic or
yfrog will be shown as thumbnails at the bottom of the tweet.
* Settings screen for TwitterDisplay inside Growl that allows you to
enable or disable the "do not close if mouse over the display" and
"twitpic/yfrog support" features.
You can download the new version of the display at the same link,
above. There is one extra step to the install, though: you will need
to copy Growl.CoreLibrary.dll and Growl.DisplayStyle.dll to wherever
you installed Growl for Windows, overwriting the original files. Feel
free to backup the originals in case you need to revert them back.
Let me know if you come across any problems or have any feedback.

I've updated TwitterDisplay 1.1 with a couple of bug fixes, and
includes the connectors from Growl 2.0.1 (released today). This means
you no longer need to copy any DLLs -- just make sure you're running
the latest version of Growl. Link is the same as above. Hopefully
this will be the last pre-release.

TwitterDisplay 1.1 final is now available from the Trowl webpage. You
may need to delete TwitterDisplay 1.0 before you can do the auto-
install of 1.1. Let me know if you find any bugs or problems.
