adpreclone.pl error

Dear All,

Iam getting this error when i run adpreclone.pl . how can i debug this
issue

$ adpreclone.pl dbTier

Farook,
what's the log file says. As this information is not complete. Try
to bounce the db and run this command again and what happe.

As you see this is the complete error message. No logfile generated.
Giving error before that. Tried many times but same error is comming.
I am able to clone appsTier.
