Oracle 11i Password Expiry Notification

Hi
How can you create a popup form when users sign on to inform them that
their password is about to expire. Eg: to give a message reading "your
password expires in xx days"

We do that from backend and send email to users regarding this, I
have mentioned that in my one of the post too-

you can use same stuff to create one popup etc.
