grey (actually silver) written liveries are outdated, which means it's folders and files need to be renamed according to the current sceme you can look up in every working livery.
question: I've downloaded the Ethiopean liverie, copied the folder into the liverie Folder of the FF 767-liverie and after loading the aircraft it's still blank white. What did I wrong? Can anyone help me?!
Mhm, on my 767 its working...
have you:
- tried to download the livery again and just try it a second time?
> if not: do that.
> if done, but didnt work:
- looked into the folder, is there a single folder betweeten the actual livery-folder and the "ET-ALJ Ethiopean Airlines"-Folder?
> if its "Boeing 767 -> liveries -> Ethiopeanfolder -> Objectsfolder and icons: you have done everything right, next step
> if its "Boeing 767 -> liveries -> Ethiopeanfolder -> another Folder -> objectfolder and icons: bring the objectsfolder and iconfiles into the first ethiopeanfolder and delete the other folder, x-plane cant look so deep into the liveries to find the files there.
- made sure you are trying the livery on the Boeing 767-300ER? Not the -200ER and not the Freighter-Variant, it only works with the -300ER variant.
if it still doesn't work, i don't know, maybe contact the painter of that livery.
Have happy landings with Ethiopean,

I live near Pease Air National Guard Base where the NHANG is based, and so the lack of good KC-46 liveries kinda pissed me off. I eventually got pissed enough that in my blind rage I made one myself (before smashing my computer obviously). So here is every aircraft currently operated by the NHANG in their current liveries.
The New Hampshire Air National Guard is based at Pease Air National Guard Base, on the grounds of Portsmouth International Airport at Pease in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, just an hour north of Boston, Massachusetts and an hour south of Portland, Maine. Pease was a federalized Air Force Base and home to bombers such as the FB-111, B-47, and B-52. However the Air Force Base closed in 1991, and in the decades after the former base transitioned into a joint-civil airport and business park serving seacoast New Hampshire. The NHANG operates out of the north end of the airport, and operated a fleet of KC-135 Stratotankers up until March 2019, when they were sent to other wings across the United States to make way for the new KC-46 Pegasus tankers. The KC-135s have all been sent to other bases across the country, with a couple being converted into RC-135 reconnaissance planes. The KC-46 arrived at Pease in August 2019.
Some fun facts, the NHANG performed the first ever KC-46 elephant walk in September 2021 in preparation for the Thunder Over New Hampshire airshow that occurred that month. The NHANG also performed the first ANG in-house APU swap on a KC-46 this year.

Recently, there has been several (excellent) B767 posts, here...by another member (a 767 fan) ...?...even painting fresh (own) liveries of the plane in interesting colors. 767 is a fascinating plane, indeed, for aviation enthusiasts. For myself, as I'm thinking now, the only (one) occasion I clearly recall, in RW, of ever having flown in a 767, was with Air Canada (in the so-called Toothpaste Livery), from Toronto to Montreal, many years ago...that too was a last-minute substitution, due to some (mechanical?) issue with the (originally scheduled) a/c, and that's why I still recall that impromptu (and short) 767 flight so well...
Hope you enjoy this collection of (exterior and interior) pictures of this venerable and iconic jetliner...looking "legacy" but was certainly a true pioneer of its time, and still going strong today... (while I reminisce myself about the only B767 flight...I'd taken, years ago...the flight was just about an hour's duration...but I did get a few crackers and a soft drink...I suppose...?...) ...!
Liveries in this database are all based on real existing (or existed) aircraft and meant to be used in the free, opensource flightsimulator FlightGear.
Installing liveries is very easy; just unpack the downloads to the aircraft's root (eg. Aircraft/737-300/). In-sim, you will be able to select a livery through the aircraft's menu. You might find this YouTube video's instructions helpful.

This is my first attempt of a Captain Sim 727 repaint and depicts the livery of TWA in an alternate titling scheme. The aircraft was hand painted using the Captain Sim paint kit and features DDS DXT5 textures. Captain Sim 727-100 Base Pack for FSX and 727-200 add-on packages are BOTH required. See readme for important installation instructions and enjoy the repaint.

Trans World Airlines Boeing 747-131 (4 variations) for FS9 and FSX; utilizing the payware CLS 747-200 (PW) model set. This file is my 3,000th official upload to AVSIM since 2002, many thanks to the fans who have requested, critiqued, praised, and blasted my work as necessary. There is no end in sight at this time, so look for a lot more work from me. Please read my text file for gobs of credit and thanks to the fans. This file pays homage to four generations of TWA liveries for this aircraft; an appropriate subject for a benchmark upload. Aircraft model and paint kit by Commercial Level Simulations, repaints by Michael Pearson.
File Description:
While the Convair 880 fleet only wore one livery during its service at Trans World Airlines, there were many variations. Included in this package are the major variations that existed between 1961 and 1972, as well as two fake repaints in the TWA livery circa 1980 and 2000. Included in these repaints is also the infamous "grey ghost" plane, N8945H. Leased from Northeast Airlines, instead of striping the yellowbird livery, TWA simply painted the normally bare metal areas and wings grey. However, they forgot to remove the "Thank You for Flying Northeast" that was painted on the undersides of the spoilers until after a few passengers mentioned seeing the message.
