Response to late submission

I write this email, with humility.

First, allow me to apologize for the delay in the submission of the final document.

Whilst I understand the principle behind a deadline, and believe me when I say- I am a man of principle, I UNDERSTAND. However, everything in life is NOT as straight forward as it may seem, and if it is that you are given the responsibility to do a particular task- protocol requires that you do it! Irrespective of who, what, when, how.

I applaud the group who submitted their work un-time and had the complete participation, workmanship, corporation of ALL their members who are quite knowledgeable, passionate, competent and willing to adhere to instructions. Once again- I applaud you.

As Prof always says- you have a JOB to do THEN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE PROBLEM!!!!!! There is WORK to be done and everyone is slacking off, lazing around- how do we expect to move forward when we are sitting on our royal ASSES!!!!!! 

WE assigned specific responsibilities for certain members in our group. I continuously emailed these individuals ( I have the email and phone records to prove where I emailed and called). I requested that everyone circulate the write up for the part they were assigned to do. Persons (THEY KNOW THEMSELVES) refused to respond to emails, refused and withheld their documents and at the 11th hour send half way written document.

This is highclass BULLSHIT!!! At this level. If it is that anyone desires to exit, please do so, PLEASE DO NOT SIT AROUND AND BE A PAIN for other people....DO NOT STAY!!! I am a focused young man, who knows what he is about and where I am heading. A GROUP PROJECT is a GROUP PROJECT- it is NOT the responsibility of ONE individual to do it! IT is not the responsibility of other persons to do the write up for the part YOU were responsible for.

I can submit the part that I was required to do- it is well written. But that would not be a group project for a group mark... I DO NOT intend to re-sit any course for this MSc, I DO NOT intend to "come back next year". I intend to move FORWARD! One way or another.

Again, I apologize. The write up for the agouti industry would be forthcoming.
