Individual Trophic Positions

Hello!

I used the tRophicPosition package (multiSpeciesTP()) for two crayfish species in a couple of lakes and the results look very good.

My question is: How can I get/extract modeled TPs for each individual in the dataset?

I want  to correlate them with size, for example.

For some unknownk reason, I missed this email. Apologies for the very, very late response.

At this time individual estimates for modeled TP are not available. But we are working on that model, and hopefully it will be available soon.
