Individual Estimates Available?

Hello,

 

I’ve been using tRophicposition for about a year now and have had a great time with the package, first working through the Vingettes and then applying it to my own data. One question I have is whether individual estimates (estimates for individuals in the sample) can be obtained as output, or if only the posterior summaries for the whole sample is available?

I'm glad you found the package useful. Unfortunately, at this time it is not possible to have individual estimates of trophic position, but we are working on that model and hopefully it will be available soon.
