Dear Troop,

I wanted to let everyone know that I have closed registration for this camping trip.  There are 20 people going and we only have 20 seats, so I will not be able to add anyone.  That also means that if you did not register on Troop Track or email me to register you on the software, you will NOT be able to go.  I apologize for any problems this may cause, but this situation is the main reason we ask you to RSVP or to email me to do it for you.  Please remember to have your money and permission slips at the next meeting.  (scouts are $15 each and adults are $10 each)
