Dear Scouts and Leaders,

If you plan to attend Freezer-ee next weekend, I must have the following from you tomorrow night:

$8 fee (scouts)

signed permission slip from Troop Track (scout)

signed slip from Fort Martin Scott (scout and leader)

signed slip from Texas Rangers Heritage Center (scout and leader)

I am attaching the forms at the bottom.  I HAVE TO HAVE THESE FORMS TO TURN IN WHEN WE PAY!!  NO LATE FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!! Please let me know if you are having trouble printing the forms.  Thank you!
