Troop 560 - Crew 157 trip to SKYZONE

Hi Scouters:

 

We are setting up a trip to the SKYZONE trampoline park in Monroeville. If you have never heard of Skyzone you can check out all the details at https://www.skyzone.com/

 

The details of the trip are as follows:

Date:                           Sunday February 18^th

Meeting time:             1:00pm at the Shaler Library, please be on time as we have to be at Skyzone 15 minutes prior to 2:00pm

Jump time:                  2:00 – 4:00 pm

Dinner at Pizza hut      4:30 – 5:30 pm (approx.)

Return time:                6:30pm at Shaler Library (approx.)

Cost if jumping:           $24.00 for Skyzone + $10.00 for Pizza dinner = $34.00

Cost just dinner:          $10.00

Drivers:           Currently we have Don Hill & myself, but depending on the number attending we may be looking for additional drivers. If you can drive please let me know.

We will be collecting the money before we leave (cash or checks are accepted, checks should be made payable to Stephen Taylor as I will be putting everything on my credit card)

 

In order to attend the trip you will need to do the following items (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)

 

1. Email me back to let me know you will be attending
2. Fill out the Online Waiver at https://monroevillestore.skyzone.com/waiver/
   1. When filling out the waiver please select the “Myself and Children”.
   2. After you have completed the online waiver it will email you a copy, please print it out and send it with your son.
   3. Please note you MUST have the waiver with you as only the parents can sign for the child.
