I have been relying mostly on the info here for my research on how to run a Euchre Tournament. If any of you have actual experience with these, feel free to offer some advice.

The official tournament flyer is attached. Let me know if you see any problems with it. If there aren’t any issues, we’ll start publicizing.
I’ve also attached a spreadsheet with some stuff that we’ll need: some score sheets to print out and a formula-driven chart for scoring games up to 16 players. This is pretty much just FYI, unless you are really interested and want to dig into it.
I’ve purchased a bunch of decks of cards, so we should be set on that.
We need some table numbers, too. Any good ideas on a cool, Scout-y centerpiece/table number thing we could come up with?
What do you think would make a good choice for drinks and snacks?
Anything else?

I believe the current Queen City Room reservations for Friday nights is booked from 6:30 PM to 9 PM. We need to call Nancy and adjust the reservations to be from 6 to 9 PM each Friday.
