FW: Troop 476 to do Trash Detail at Rowing Events

Are we prepared to do the Regatta trash details again this year?  You can see the schedule below.  We found that 2 or 3 people were enough per day, but Brenda still struggled a bit to get coverage.  $2600 is a nice chunk, though.

Derek,

Hello!  I hope all is well.  I wanted to reach out and see if Troop 476 would be willing to assist us with a trash detail again this year at the rowing events. As we did last year, we can pay $200 per day (i.e. $2600 total for all 13 days).  Below are the dates we would need assistance.

 

April 1, 2017 - Cincinnati Regatta, hosted by Xavier University Rowing

April 8, 2017 - Cincinnati Invitational, hosted by Cincinnati Junior Rowing Club

April 30, 2017 - Mid-American Collegiate Championships, hosted by University of Cincinnati Rowing

May 20-21, 2017 - Midwest Junior Championships, hosted by Cincinnati Junior Rowing Club

July 10-16, 2017 - USRowing Club National Championships, hosted by Clermont County Convention & Visitors Bureau

October 21, 2017 - Head of the Hidden Dragon, hosted by Clermont County Convention & Visitors Bureau

 

Please let me know if that is something the Troop would like to commit to again this year.
