The 2021 March NoMadness Bracket Challenge Fundraiser is upon us! It is $10/bracket and 3 brackets for $25. Email NorthPhi...@gmail.com for details and folks, even if you don't do college basketball brackets usually go ahead and sign up for this one to help out the boys. 

Not sure if you all know this but it costs something like $100 to CIPP a highschool player these days. That's a relatively high bar to clear for entry into this sport, not to mention the fact that the team supplies full uniforms, including cleats, to a lot of the players, so let's make it happen!

I have heard from Parks and Rec that they are highly likely to allow us to play rugby this spring and I anticipate them finalizing things with us as soon as this upcoming week. If you intend to play this season then please make sure you are as fit and ready as you can be.

There is both a bodyweight program and a plyometric program so everyone should be able to complete those even if you don't have access to your gym equipment. For those that do have access to the gym I've attached an 8 week strength program to this email.
