Rugby fam,

Another week in the books, hopefully all of you are keeping sane and ready to enjoy the weekend. First and foremost, Happy Hanukkah to all of God's chosen ruggers in the group!

As a reminder, we are having a Toys for Tots lunch event at O'Neal's Pub (3rd and South) tomorrow from 1-3PM. It was the best compromise we could come up with between the COVID restrictions that are in place and our desire to help these kids so swing by tomorrow, drop off a gift and if one of the outdoor spaces (he put heaters out) is open then grab lunch or get some beer/food to go.

If you can't make the event you can drop off a gift any time between now and then or you can venmo (RiverRugbyExiles) or PayPal (srerfc.t...@gmail.com) us by 2:30PM today and Ryan McHugh will use his employee discount at Target to load up.

We did a list of sponsors/supporters in last week's e-mail. Those guys are getting crushed right now. Please think about that when you decide where to spend money. Times are tough for everyone so I'm not trying to pressure you to spend money you don't have, I'm just asking for everyone to be conscientious about the money they do have and spend.

I want to take a moment to give Alex Yankowsky a quick shout out. For those who don't know Alex manages food services for a local hospital. This includes COVID floors making sure both the employees, and the patients, are able to be fed and recently the job has included 15 hour days sometimes for 10 days in a row. Let's make sure to keep Alex in our thoughts as he continues working hard to do his part in this fight. Alex, we appreciate you!
