Tonight we have made progress in the summer activities department.
I will ask for the use of the facilities for a lock in
on the nights of July 25th and August 15.
Other plans are still in progress, may include some biking, swimming, cooking and eating.
As the pieces fall into pIace, I will keep every one up to date.
A lot of our scouts are of driving age or soon will be, so we were discussing putting together
an Auto Maintenance merit badge program. We have the couselor in our troop and this can be
a fun and exciting merit badge to earn. Once this merit badge is earned, Mr. Auerbach will let you do
doughnuts in the parking lot with his minivan, to demonstrate the relationship of horsepower to grip(friction) ratio.
If you would like to earn this merit badge please let us know.
