closing down the troop

Hi Ladies,

Please don't forget to let me know if you plan to continue as a Girl Scout in any way. You can either continue as a Juliette (not belonging to a particular troop, but attending activities on your own and/or working on your Gold Award), or you can switch to another troop. Erin Boydstun, eboy...@gshg.org the Clarke membership specialist will help you with either move. Please let me know your plans by the end of the week, as I will be closing down the troop's account and need to know what to do with the money. It will be split evenly between the girls who will continue in a troop and transferred to their new troops. I just sent an email about a Teen Leadership Conference that will be held Sept 21-23 at Camp Tanglewood in Augusta. If you are interested in attending, the troop can pay for your registration fee before we close down the account. I need to know this ASAP though. The TLC is a really fun experience! I hope some of you will consider attending.
