Hi all,

It's hard to believe we've finally reached the time to put on the Trashion Show, after planning this community service event for two years! It's going to be awesome!

Parents: Please have your girl at the Memorial Hall Ballroom no later than NOON. In fact, if she can come even a little earlier (around 11:45 a.m.), that would work even better. Even though the show starts at 2 p.m., there is a lot of setup that needs to take place, and the girls also want to do a couple of quick dry-runs before the show. This will be their first time rehearsing in the Memorial Hall Ballroom. Additionally, the girls want to do some quick marketing on campus in neighboring buildings where UGA students will be studying before the show. As you can imagine, two hours is hardly enough time to get all of this accomplished, so it is imperative that ALL girls are there on time or a little early.

It's easiest to enter Memorial Hall off of Hooper St. and then go upstairs to the ballroom. See attached map.

Also, all girls should come fed. We'll have some light snacks (e.g., granola bars) for the girls to give them a boost if they do get hungry.

Girls: Please come prepared to work! We'll all have to hit the ground running when we arrive. You are almost finished with this community service project and earning the Silver Award. We'll have so much to celebrate at our end-of-the-year party!

If you need to arrange for carpooling, just reply to this email with your request; there's bound to be another parent out there who can give your girl a ride.

Also, it's not too late to spread the word!! Attached is a flier and parking information you can circulate to friends and colleagues. As for parking, you can park next to the Psychology and Journal buildings off of Hooper St. or in the Tate Parking Deck. See the attached map for more details.

Any questions--just shoot me or Bridget an email or give us a call. Also, if your girl can't make it or will be late, please let us know ASAP.

Can anyone give Savanna a ride? We are booked with other obligations until 1pm.

Thanks,
