Rev 45 of Trook is primarily a code-cleanup release, and fixes some
minor bugs.

Main user-visible changes:

1. Trook now knows how to search Wikipedia. Please use the search icon
in the main Wikipedia menu for this.

2. The various "book" folders are grouped in their own submenu. The
"My Books" from the root menu now shows the "my documents", "my B&N
downloads" and your sdcard folder. It means you have one more tap to
get to your books, but this is also a potential placeholder for other
ways to navigate to your books -- if I get the time.

3. Feeds are now cached indefinitely -- you'll always need to
explicitly hit the refresh button to reload them. This seems slightly
more useful than the current behaviour of requiring the wifi to be on.
I'll be adding a timestamp display in an upcoming revision, so you'll
know how old the feed really is.
