1. Go to playstation.com, and find the most recent system software. The current page for this is here: -us/support/system-updates/ps4/ (US) or here: -gb/get-help/ps4-system-software/ (UK). Scroll down and look for this section:

Looks like your PS4 is looking for the initialisation software. There are two options for downloading firmware from the PlayStation support website. One is a firmware update and the other is the full firmware package, both are called PS4UPDATE.PUP. You need the full firmware file which is a much larger file than the update, around 2GB I think. Beware though as this firmware performs a full reset of the PS4 which means it will wipe everything off the hard drive.
