Can someone please help with a Wifi connection issue as I cannot get my new Haier Washer/Dryer to connect to the app. The manual says it has to connect to 2.4 GHz frequency and I understand my SuperHub 3 uses 2.4 and 5.
Is there a way to connect the washing machine to only 2.4?
The engineer came out and wanted to change the motherboard but Haier has now confirmed that the dual-frequency Virgin router is probably the issue.
Unfortunately, I still cannot get the machine to connect even after disabling the 5GHz network. Perhaps there is an issue with the washing machine's main circuit board so will be following up with AO.
I have one console unit with a USB for the WiFi module. I got that one running with the WemosD1.

Oh, what a surprise! Not only the app kept logging me out randomly, same asbefore, but it seems that Haier had created alternative app for newer models:hOn. So I was supposed to carry 2 spy apps instead of just 1? No way.

If your computer connects to the WIFI but shows no internet connection then check the name and password you used. Check to see if the connection is automatic or if it needs to be set to a particular protocol. You can also try deleting the connection, rescan and connect to it again. Also, try updating the drivers for the wireless device.
