Whenand why did you come to Austin?

After my time was over at Baylor University, I decided I also wanted to pursue a career in restaurants as a chef. That led me to culinary school here in Austin in 2013.

What is your background? How did you get into personal training?

I have been an athlete for the majority of my life, mainly in track and field. I started off as a client at ASF chasing my Olympic dream and I loved the community so much that I decided to become a trainer.

How do you, personally, define success?

Success is measured by the amount of failure that is being experienced. To be comfortable is indicative of stagnancy. Outside of our comfort zone, where we fall and repeatedly pick ourselves back up, where we are forced to learn from our falls in order to gain victories, is the space where we earn our triumphs.

Darryl Payne and everybody at Austin Simply Fit have been nothing but helpful and supportive! As someone who wanted to become more active but had some anxiety about going to a gym, I've had such a positive experience and highly recommend this gym to anybody--regardless of their fitness level and especially if they were starting pretty much from zero like I am. Trainers and clientele alike are so friendly, the gym and equipment are always so clean. It's such a wonderful atmosphere to put in work and reach your goals!

Lynsey Payne joined the staff in 2006 as an athletic trainer and instructor and was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director of Sport Performance and Athletic Health in 2021. As head athletic trainer, she currently oversees all aspects of the operations of the sports medicine department while also serving as an assistant professor and head dance coach.

Prior to joining Baker, Payne, a native of Topeka, Kan., served area events through the Kansas Center for Athletic Medicine. During the 2004-2005 season, Payne held an internship position with the Topeka Tarantulas, formerly of the Central Hockey League.

I saw someone earlier say that this works with their Steam version however, I have the Steam version installed and Infinity is showing the game as uninstalled. Seems to update with all other installed games but not this one for some reason.

Hello, my trainer wont load and for some reason wont auto detect it from my steam. It keeps saying maybe compatible and cannot load game, I dragged and dropped into the fix section manually, please help.

Try to start manually over steam and then click the run button, usually wemod detect and inject the trainer afterwards, I did it already. It is also possible that you not started and closed on times the game before using the trainer, as the game was originally released with a CD-KEY protection which have to be solved and your social account must be login in order to play - these 2 steps are PRE requirements. The trainer works fine!

Where are you using them? The solo stuff right?

I usually enable the trainer while in the main menu and then i toggle what i need when i load in the level.

I usually just go with Unlimited Ammo, Health, and Bullet Time. Disarm Enemies is kinda pointless and One Shot seems to break certain portions.

Hi

Ken Payne was a window cleaner turned trainer although in realty his heasd lad did the training. Ken was chat up man for owners and specialised at multiple entries in sellers. However he was not nearly as clever as he thought he was and went bust in the end- now where have I heard that before

If you were to train with me 1 on 1 like most trainers and clients do, then I would only be impacting one to three hours of your life each week. With this program I can help you throughout the entire week with lifestyle habits and workouts.

I find that more workouts in smaller duration is the best way to get optimal results. Normal 1 on 1 training does not make this possible. It would be far too expensive, and the time restraints would make it extremely tedious.

During our meeting we will go through a movement assessment to ensure that you are doing the correct exercises for your body. Then we will go over each exercise that you will be performing over the next four weeks. I will also ensure that you know how to read the program using the Trainerize app.

After your get started on your program I will send you a check in form each week for you to complete. After you complete the form, I will give you feedback. That way we can work on solutions for maintaining your exercise and lifestyle habits.

Daniel, I saw the Payne interview; great stuff. But, that is not what I want to sing praises about. Somehow, I guess through X-tra effort by the Commish, I stumbled on an extraordinary interview of President Obama by Steph, ref his book. Still don't know how I patched into it, but, it is safe to say, I would never have seen/heard it in Greece. It was truly enriching/profound/revealing. I want to thank you guys for THAT. Nuff said. ...and, oh, yes, Let's Go Warriors.

Our very own Poor Man’s Commish linked LGW with Stephen Curry’s trainer, Brandon Payne, for a fun draft night conversation. Payne represents Accelerate Basketball and is a goldmine of info on basketball theory and Curry’s secret powers.

In addition to working with Curry to improve while staying healthy, he’s also worked with other ballers like superstar Luka Doncic and prodigy Jalen Green. In our interview, he covered a variety of topics including the toughest Curry injury to rehab, Curry’s cues for breaking down defenses, and how Wiseman can help the Warriors win now.
