Fore!", originally a Scots interjection, is used to warn anyone standing or moving in the flight of a golf ball.[1] The etymology of the word in this usage is uncertain. Mention of the term in an 1881 British Golf Museum indicates that the term was in use at least as early as that period.[2]

A possible origin of the word is the term "fore-caddie", a caddie waiting down range from the golfer to find where the ball lands. These caddies were often warned about oncoming golf balls by a shout of the term "fore-caddie" which was eventually shortened to just "fore!".[2][3] The Colonel Bogey March is based on the descending minor third which the original Colonel Bogey whistled instead of yelling "fore" around 1914.[4]

Partner up and compete against other teams in your division throughout the 2024 golf season in a fun Net Four-Ball Match Play format. Advance through pod play and climb the bracket to the final weekend at Gamble Sands!

Upon signing up, each team will be randomly placed into a region to compete in based on their location. The field of 256 teams will be split up into four divisions of 64 teams each. Teams will be split up into 16 pods of four within each division.

Teams will play three matches within each pod and the top finishing team from each pod will advance to single-elimination bracket play.Event ScheduleThe following dates are the windows in which matches are to be completed. Matchups will be sent out at the beginning of each round. Each team has three months to complete their three Pod Play matches and approximately one month to complete each Bracket Play match.

At the start of Pod Play, WA Golf Staff will email all four teams in the pod to exchange contact information. Teams will have from April 1st to June 30th to schedule, play and report their three Pod Play matches.

Each team will play one match against each other team in their pod. The team with the best record in each pod after the completion of all matches and after tiebreaker scenarios are ran will advance to bracket play.

At the start of each Bracket Play round, WA Golf Staff will email the teams facing each other to exchange contact information. Teams will have approximately one month to schedule, play and report their match from each round. The winning team will advance to the next round and the losing team will be eliminated.

Match play is a form of play where a player (or players) plays directly against an opponent (or opponents) in a head-to-head match. You win a hole by completing it in the fewest number of strokes, and you win a match when you are winning by more holes than remain to be played. You (or your opponent) may concede a stroke, a hole, or even the match to each other. If your next stroke has been conceded, you are permitted to putt out, unless this will help your partner (for example, by showing them the line for their putt).

The Pro Shop is closed from Nov 16th to Mid March every year, but the course is only closed from January 1 to mid-March each year. In addition to the golf course, a driving range, a practice putting green, carts and clubs are available.

Hi guys.

Seem to have developed a fault. Was just driving on the motor way a couple weeks back. And the dash just lit up. Abs esp no front assist. No till hold and no parking sensors etc.

Just to update. Sent my haldex controller off to haldexrepairs.co.uk sent it Monday. They got it Tuesday and repaired it. Sent back same day. So I got today Wednesday. Have put it back on the car and all faults have gone. Cost 159. Witch I think is very good.

just for future my faults on obd eleven where lost commutation with four wheel drive clutch.

Dashlights that were on. Abs, esp, tpms, hill hold assist, acc and even the parking sensors would not work.
